Behind the Idea.

I am Clark Townsend, a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. My journey started in the civil domain where I managed critical aspects of light rail expansion projects in Salt Lake City. Three years later, I transitioned to the commercial building sector, where I joined my family's business, OCP Contractors, headquartered in Toledo, OH.

During my time at OCP I have managed large projects, estimated, managed an office, and overseen the successful execution of the high-level strategic plan in my current role as President of the company. As an owner's son, I was keenly aware of the need to prove my worth and contribute to the company's growth. I strived to be a problem-solver and help the organization stay ahead of the curve in building technology. Through my work, I noticed a persistent challenge in accurately tracking productivity, which inspired me to seek solutions to this problem.
